Andrew Straus is founder, General Partner and Chairman of the Board of Consinfra. For more than 5 years Andrew has been responsible for the real estate investment portfolio and its risk management. Prior to Consinfra, Andrew acquired extensive management and finance experience as Division Manager, Executive Vice President and CFO of Juval, a highly diversified manufacturing and services multinational comprised of 7 wholly owned enterprises and 3 joint venture companies in the aluminum, foundry, mining, steel, cement, construction and infrastructure industries in 5 countries.
As Division Manager Andrew's work involved offering and negotiating global supply agreements with the largest steel, cement, aluminum and mining companies in the world such as Cemex, Lafarge, Holcim, ArcelorMittal, Gerdau, Alcan, Alcoa, Grupo Mexico, and more.
As CFO Andrew's work included the implementation of financial metrics, cash flow management, investment portfolio allocation, and planning future financial performance with financial forecasts, sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, cash flow forecasts, cash budgets and more.
Other financial experience include being investment counsel for clients investing assets with Investar LLC and Prudential Securities and being a Hedge Fund Advisor for Chapin Associates LLC who's Information and Technology Fund was one of the best performing Hedge funds in 1999 with a return of over 330%.
Andrew is a Passive House Certified Builder and has studied at the Private Equity Institute in New York, holds an Economics and Philosophy degree from Brandeis University, and is alumnus of Harvard Business School. Andrew also completed a post graduate certificate in Real Estate Finance from Middlesex University in the UK, and participated in the Generative Leadership Program™(GLP) of the Institute for Generative Leadership.
Andrew is active in the community and is on the Board of the Harvard Club of Delaware, on the Board of the Harvard Club of Philadelphia and Harvard University’s Real Estate Academic Initiative (REAI) Alumni Advisory Board.

Enrique Bueno serves as Managing Partner of Consinfra. Enrique has a wealth of management experience as the President of Juval International, Inc. and CEO of the Juval Group, a highly diversified manufacturing and services company comprised of 7 corporations working throughout Latin America for over 30 years in the steel, cement, mining, and foundry industry.
As President and CEO Enrique has lead the market expansion into 25 countries and new product lines for the Juval Group of companies.
Enrique has been involved in expansion projects and the development of new cement plants in several countries of Latin America, leading a consortium of companies on technical aspects as well as administration and finances. During his long career in the foundry industry, Enrique established the Juval Group as a leader in several markets and has obtained great prestige within the industry.
Enrique is a Passive House certified engineer and holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional.

Dario Torres serves as Managing Partner of Consinfra. Dario has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Dario's extensive experience in real estate development and redevelopment projects brings a wealth of knowledge and excellent access to off-market transaction flow.
Dario start his professional career in 1977 with the Minuto de Dios Corporation as Chief Engineer of precasts. In 1978 he began working with Alberto Arrieta & Co., as a design engineer (roads and drainage systems for the Samper cement plants in La Calera) and as Auditor in the construction of the works themselves.
In 1979 he continues as a design engineer for Hector Mario Lopez y Cia. (Road design and calculation of amounts of work for the tender of 13 intersections (bridges) in Bogota) In the years 1980 and 1981 for the Corporation fairs and exhibition "Corferias" serves as Comptroller engineer of concrete structures (over 5,000 m2) and installation of the fair Agro Expo.
He serves as Assistant Manager Sima Ltda. In 1982 coding software programs for budgets, administration and civil works as well as engineering applications.
In 1983 Dario founds with his brother Antonio, the construction company "Torres Valdivieso & Cia Ltda", serving as Manager, Administrator, legal representative, and designer of civil works and construction management thereof (Torres de Girón, Torres de Pié de cuesta, Torres de Bella Isla, Torres de Bosque de Pinos, Torres del Palmar 1 y 2 y Torres de Lebrija) until 1988.
From 1985 and to date, Dario establishes several construction companies, with which he builds more than 36 housing projects such as Torres del Socorro, Albania Torres, Torres Malaga 1 and 2, Torres Spain, Torres Beautiful Island 2 towers Charalá Kayandú Towers 1 and 2, Chicamocha Towers 1, 2 and 3, Torres de Sabaneta, building Residential Park "El Greco" Second Stage, Florian Torres, Torres de Bucaro (3,640 M2) Torres of Paloblanco (3,122 M2), San Marcos Torres (2600 M2), Torres de Tenerife (2,900 M2) Suratá Towers ,, Torres Seas 1 (3.800 m2) and 2, Building 1 El Pedral (2,200 M2) and 2, Building Horus, Building Riviera (2600 M2), Aratoca Towers 1 and 2, Cirales Towers, Towers Riofuego, Torres Torres Mill and Buena Vista.
He has served as a structural designer, gas installations, water, sewage and electrical and civil works, also doing work for other companies projects including projects built by the company of his brothers, from Gropo 7 Valdivieso Torres & Co. (over 50 buildings) and other buildings including Santa Veronica Campestre for the company Constructodo.
Dario has also served as designer and builder inspector and developer of urban work for his own projects and for other builders, such as the Conjunto Multifamiliar Colseguros for the construction company Constructura Colón of the Colseguros group
From the beginning of his professional career Dario has developed several computer programs for managing budgets, design of civil works, water networks, sanitation, electricity and related networks, controls and construction management. Dario Torres has a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Javeriana.

Hernando Bueno serves as Managing Director of Consinfra. Hernando has over 30 years of experience in the steel, cement and foundry industries.
As General Manager of the multinational Juval, a highly diversified manufacturing and services company, Hernando guided the firm into new markets and introduced new product lines. Hernando has worked on technical and financial aspects of all new cement plant production facilities in Colombia in the last 10 years which in turn are tied to the largest infrastructure projects completed and in the works.
Hernando has extensive experience leading complex consortiums with a number of national and international firms.
Hernando holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional.

Gabriel Hernando Suarez Moreno serves as Managing Partner of Consinfra and as civil engineer works in the design and development of the Puerto Madero project, encompassing 160,000m2 of area to be developed with residential units in the municipality of Turbaco, Department Bolivar.
Gabriel, began his career in construction with the company Brugués & Cía where he worked in different positions, as resident engineer, design director and construction manager and where he acquires experience in concrete structures, foundations, designs of hydraulic, sanitary, electrical and telephone networks of public service and construction of bridges.
At the end of 1982 Gabriel founds Insco Limited with and performs projects such as the desmanteling of structures in Corferias, remodeling warehouses and offices for Dismec Ltda, the design and construction of workshops and offices for Mazco Bogotá, the design and construction of the sales display for Mazco Bogota, construction of residential complex Alto Pino Incon S.A., assembly and management of the prefabricated modules for 303 low income housing for Incon SA, installation and construction of 303 low income homes (Urbanización Nueva Granada en la localidad de Usme) for Incon S.A. and the remodeling of the McMillan Nursery School.
As Site Manager for Promociones Bogotá, building the residential development Cabañas del Norte (urban and construction work) and the remodeling and expansion of the emergency department of Clínica San Pedro Claver of the social security Institute.
Then as Director of Supervision for the construction of housing and urbanism works for the company Interplan Limited, developing several single and multifamily reisidencies. (Refugio de la Colina, Prados de suba; El Pinar de suba in suba; first phase of the shopping center Unilago). Also developed the specifications and qualification forms for the tender of the construction of the citadel Colsubsidio.

Ltda., that builds the Mónaco building in Bogota and for the company R and S Ltda performs the design, development, construction and sale of the building El Pireo in Bogota and is a builder partner of Torres Málaga S.A. and develops Torres Málaga 1, Kayandu 1 and 2, Torres de España, andChicamocha 1, 2 and 3.
Partner with Groupo 7 Valdivieso Torres, is the director of quality and supervision for Torres de: Puente Real, Santa Cruz, Hacarí, Nueva Baeza, San Juan and San Carlos). Construction partner with Costruttori S.A. Confenalco citadel in the city of Ibague Tolima (300 single family houses). Completes the design, promotion, construction and sale of the building Verona P.H. with his company Construcciones Sues Ltda and as owner of Construcciones Suárez de Castro & Asociados, conducts the design and construction of the residential complex Luisa Fernanda in Bogotá.
